1. What happens if my flight is delayed? Will the company wait for me; will there be any extra fees?
Our company continuously keeps track of the time of the flights' arrival; therefore our driver will wait for the passenger after their flight has landed at the information desk. There are no extra fees to be paid.
2. Will they wait if there are delaying circumstances on my part (such as losing my luggage or having longer check-out time)?
After the arrival of the flight the driver will wait for 40 minutes at the meeting point. In this case we kindly ask you to send a message to the contact number given to you briefly describing your situation (e.g. I have arrived, but I lost my luggage, plus your name) so the driver can be informed in time. Of course another solution can be if there are more of you, then one of the passengers can come to the meeting point to inform the driver about the situation.
3. When does the transfer leave for the airport?
The time of departure and all other information (including a map) can be found on the voucher sent in the confirmation email. The voucher has to be printed and brought along since it functions as a ticket for the transfer. In case of transfer to the airport, the driver can only wait for 10 minutes at the given address of the passenger.
